CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitors): are devices used to monitor sensor glucose in individuals with diabetes mellitus. These devices help patients and their families to be in more control of the day-to-day variabilities of glucose.

Our endocrine and diabetes specialist Dr. Makhija is an expert in diabetes care. She understands the disease process and how it affects each patient’s as well as their family’s life. Dr. Makhija and her team offer holistic and comprehensive diabetes care throughout Central California and via telemedicine to all residents in the state of California. We provide one-on-one training and coaching for diabetes education and diabetes technology including sensor use. At the same time, the glucose readings are monitored remotely to help improve the patient’s glucose control.
